Property Investment Consultant(PIC)

Do you have experience as an estate agent? Are you interested in learning how to identify properties that can be a sound financial investment? Then you are the candidate we are looking for!

Requirements

  • 2+ years in the real estate industry.

  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Registered estate agent with the PPRA and a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) (non-negotiable)

Lead Generator & Digital Market

Your #1 mission is clear:

👉 Deliver 100+ qualified leads per Property Investment Consultant (PIC) every month through a smart mix of paid advertising and organic strategies (including AI-driven discovery).

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generator based in Bryanston.

Requirements

  •  2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

  • Proven track record with Meta Ads Manager (essential).

  • Proven experience in lead generation with measurable results.

  •  Strong track record in organic lead growth (social campaigns, partnerships, content).

  • Familiarity with AI-driven discovery (GEO) a plus — or willingness to learn fast.

  •  Strong understanding of funnels, landing page optimisation, and email marketing.

  •  Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation workflows.

  • Data-driven mindset: you care about CPL, CAC, conversion rates — not vanity metrics.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where execution matters more than perfection

Salary : ​

  • R20,000/month compensation.

Property Investment Associate

In this essential role, you will assist property investment consultants by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the seamless operation of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include finding cash-flowing properties, coordinating viewings, and managing documentation. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Studies, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in the real estate industry or a sales role.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

  • Understanding of property investments, portfolio structuring, and market trends.

Salary Range: 

R8,000–R12,000 per month

Portfolio Support Analyst (PSA)

In this pivotal role, you will guide our clients through the complex real estate market. From bond applications, transfer, onboarding to Hassle-free services, you’ll ensure every client has a smooth, empowering experience and feels supported at every step. 

Requirements

  • - 2+ years experience in customer success, client services, or account management (real estate, financial services, or conveyancing experience an advantage).

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (active listening, negotiation, conflict resolution).

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working with CRMs and digital tools (ActiveCampaign, SharePoint, Calendly, etc.).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not essential.

Salary Range: 

R8,000 – R10,000/month, depending on experience and performance.

Head of Operations

In this pivotal leadership role, you will own and strengthen investRand's operating system. While Sales makes the promise, you ensure it is delivered reliably, compliantly, and at scale. You will integrate cross-functional departments, enforce operational discipline, and build systems that survive personnel changes and reduce founder dependency

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of operational leadership experience, preferably within an SME environment.

  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to identify process breakdowns and redesign improvements without disrupting the "machine".

  • Financially literate with an understanding of P&L, margins, and VAT mechanics.

  • High accountability orientation and a "low ego, high ownership" mindset.

  • Comfortable enforcing performance standards and issuing corrective actions when necessary.

  • Ability to protect the client experience through structured portfolio reviews and proactive risk management.

Salary Range: 

R35,000 – R40,000/month (Base), plus a KPI-linked bonus. Compensation growth is tied to operational stability and measurable reduction in founder load.

Head of Sales

In this senior leadership role, you will protect deal quality while scaling revenue. This is not a traditional sales manager position; it is a capital-protection and deal-governance role within a growing property investment firm. You will be responsible for ensuring that only quality, cash-flow-positive, and strategically aligned properties reach our clients while leading a disciplined sales team.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Professional Status: Must be a fully registered Property Practitioner with the PPRA and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of active experience in property practice, including securing private seller mandates.

  • Investment Literacy: Strong understanding of property investment structuring, ROI modeling, financing, and debt structures.

  • Leadership & Discipline: Proven experience leading a sales team and the ability to enforce CRM discipline and process standards.

  • Analytical Rigor: Comfortable challenging consultants on numbers and logic to protect capital and ensure deal integrity.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of compliance and PPRA requirements.

Salary Range: 

R40,000 – R50,000/month (Base) , plus a performance bonus of up to R15,000 – R25,000/month based on deal quality, team targets, and mandate acquisition.
